A large brush fire on Maui's Haleakala could be seen
from North Kohala early Friday morning. This photo
was shot from Akoni Pule Highway around the 18 mile marker
at 3:30AM 1/26/07. The
photo is a six minute long exposure that reveals the movement
of the stars and a passing ship on the ocean.
